Over the next few weeks Melanie and I will be working to post all the wonderful information and great times we had at the first ever 1p36 Deletion Conference. I can't even say what a wonderful time our whole family had meeting so many others like us.
Kim mentioned when she introduced us to tell our family story that I had prepared a slide show but that the projector had been taken down. No big deal. That's what the internet is for. Here's a look at our family's story in pictures.
Oh yeah, and it's only 3 minutes long not 4 hours like I joked. ;-)

This is long overdue but I want to thank you for publishing all of this great content. I have been lurking for several months ever since our son was diagnosed with 1p36. We weren't able to attend the conference and I can't wait to read your updates. Thanks again for providing so much helpful information.

Thanks for your kind comments! I hope things are going well with your families. The conference was amazing! I'll be getting some of my notes and pics up soon. In the mean time, there's already a huge collection of pictures and such from the Yahoo! Health Group, so don't forget to check that out. What a great time! We'll have to do it again soon.
